Welcome to BlueWorx, LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Agency": Refers to BlueWorx, LLC
• "Client": Any business or organization that engages the Agency to provide staffing services.
• "Candidate": Any individual seeking employment or placement through the Agency.
• "Services": Professional staffing, recruitment, and related services offered by the Agency.

2. Scope of Services

The Agency provides professional staffing services, including:

• Recruitment and candidate screening
• Temporary, permanent, and contract staffing
• Human resource consulting and related services

Specific services will be outlined in individual agreements with Clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements.
• Comply with all applicable labor and employment laws.
• Pay fees in accordance with agreed terms.

The Agency is not liable for any legal or regulatory violations by Clients.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their qualifications and work history.
• Comply with work assignments and professional conduct standards.

Misrepresentation may result in disqualification from future placements.

5. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are based on agreed rates outlined in individual contracts.
• Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension.

6. Confidentiality

• The Agency, Clients, and Candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and personal information shared during the service process.
• Disclosure is permitted only as required by law or with prior written consent.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

• The Agency is not liable for damages resulting from Client or Candidate conduct.
• The Agency makes no guarantees about employment outcomes or the suitability of Candidates.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to specific contract terms.
• Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

10. Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through our website or other communication channels.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, United States of America.
